Glad this building will front the street. But what's with the grain silo on the corner? Such a weird feature to stick on the public face of the building. But it's a great organization that does great work for the people of Tulsa!
We're pleased to announce a new weekly event - Kendall Whittier Mercado!
Every Saturday morning, 8:00am - noon, from April 8 through September 30, the Kendall Whittier Mercado will be a lively open-air market featuring art, handmade goods, and fresh produce.
Our vision is to create a place that reminds visitors of the famous Mercado de Artesanías de Coyoacán, a vibrant arts market near the Frida Kahlo Museum in Mexico City.
If you are interested in becoming a vendor, please download the Vendor Application at historicKWMS.com/mercado. We're also hosting a Vendor Registration event on Friday, March 24, 6:30-8:00pm, at Pancho Anaya Bakery.
We can't wait to start what we hope will become a beloved event on the Tulsa calendar! Presented by Fowler Toyota of Tulsa and Supermercados Morelos. ... See MoreSee Less

Kathy, we should go have breakfast at Pancha Anaya and then get started shopping.
Man, I love the K-Dub.
Love this! Mexican dishware is sooo Happy!! Love the colors and cheerful designs. Our experience with Mexicans is that they are kind, hardworking, and respectful. They are mostly appreciative of the U.S. and want to be here with pride. Wish all Americans felt that way about our Great Country! We will miss you if you return to your homeland.
