Kendall Whittier Main Street (d.b.a KWMS) is incorporated as a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit corporation under the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
HOW TO ENTER: Entry forms may be obtained at the participating restaurants or by downloading and printing the KWMS Eat Eight Raffle Entry Form at visitKendallWhittier.com. Submit entries by mail to KWMS, 2205 E. Admiral Blvd, Tulsa, OK 74110; in person at the Circle Cinema, 10 South Lewis Avenue, Tulsa OK; or by scanning and emailing the entry form to info@visitKendallWhittier.com. Entries must be stamped by all eight participating restaurants and received by KWMS no later than 9:00pm on March 31, 2020. Odds of winning are based on the number of entries received. Void where prohibited.
PARTICIPATING RESTAURANTS: The participating Kendall Whittier restaurants are 918 Coffee, 2446 East 11th Street; Calaveras Mexican Grill, 2326 East Admiral Boulevard; Cancun International Restaurant, 705 South Lewis; Dena’s Lebanese Cuisine, 2615 East 11th Street; Fair Fellow Coffee, 1 North Lewis; Freddie’s Hamburgers, 802 South Lewis; Jane’s Delicatessen, 2636 East 11th Street; and Pancho Anaya Bakery, 2420 East Admiral Boulevard.
ELIGIBILITY: Present employees of Kendall Whittier Main Street and any immediate family members residing with the employees are not eligible to participate. Present board members of Kendall Whittier Main Street and any immediate family members residing with board members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited. You need not be present to win.
SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNER: Winner will be selected at random and announced at the Kendall Whittier Arts Festival on April 18-19. You need not be present to win. Once submitted, raffle entries become the sole property of KWMS and will not be returned. Winner will be notified by telephone and/or email. If potential winner cannot be reached after 10 days from first notification attempt, or if an entrant is found to be ineligible, such prize will be forfeited and alternate winner will be selected by random drawing. The Winner must show proof of identification in order to claim their prize.

MODIFICATIONS OR CANCELLATION OF RAFFLE DRAWING: KWMS reserves the right to cancel or modify the Raffle.
GENERAL: Purchases are not tax deductible. By entering the raffle, participants agree that KWMS, its agents and employees have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind which result from the date of award. KWMS may use winner’s name and likeness for publicity purposes without further compensation. KWMS is not responsible for any failure of communication or failure of the Internet or its website. KWMS reserves the right to modify these rules and will give prompt announcement of any rule changes. All decisions of KWMS are final and binding in all matters related to this raffle.
TAX OBLIGATIONS: All local, state and federal taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. KWMS will file IRS Form 1099 MISC with Internal Revenue Service reporting the value of the prize as income to the winner. Winner must show proof of social security number to KWMS. This is for tax recording purposes only, and will be not be used or released for any other purposes.

AUTHORITY AND CONTROL: The decision of KWMS shall be final in all matters concerning the Raffle. The Raffle is subject to the laws of the state of Oklahoma. The Raffle is void where prohibited by law. KWMS is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the Raffle’s advertising and/or any printed, broadcast, or internet-provided materials or information.
